In the interest of running the business / providing services and in the nature of varied / different nature of business we are likely to get in to,its not possible for anyone to quantify the final Quantity of the work. (cost accounting cannot be done at this stage).
So, its decided that, client will discuss with "Mangalore Manger" about the Nature / Duration / Expenditure involved / Time / Travel and all other considerations involved for completion of given work and then arrive at a fair estimated cost of work. Fair estimation so arrived at, would be tentatively agreed upon by client and "Mangalore Manager" after discussion.
Estimated cost of the work is expected to be deposited in advance with "Mangalore Manager" before commencement of work.
Depositing the estimated cost in advance with "Mangalore Manager" becomes necessary to show "EXPRESSION OF INTENT" (EOI) on part of client. In some of the cases depending on the merit of the case, some other necessary Paper Works / Consent Letters / Written Agreement registered, unregistered, power of attorney, authorization etc; may have to be exchanged.
